We Can’t Stop Now! Announcing Our Match for Hope Appeal.

Dear Friends of Eli’s Place,

By supporting Eli’s Place, you can help build hope for young adults with serious mental illness – and now you can double your impact!  Thanks to the generosity of a number of donors, we are launching a Match for Hope appeal during Mental Health Week from today until May 31. Your gift, matched dollar for dollar by our generous partners, will enable us to continue our vital work to make our shared dream a reality.

Emerging adults with serious mental illness, and the families who love them, need Eli’s Place.  Our planned rural, residential treatment centre focused on the unique mental health challenges of this population is desperately needed.

Help us reach our Match for Hope goal of $50,000*.
We’re very close to finding a permanent home for Eli’s Place – we can’t stop now!

During these trying times, mental health needs for young adults are escalating and the need for Eli’s Place is becoming even more critical.  While the world is focused on this global pandemic, we must continue our urgent work. Sheltering at home has resulted in many cancellations – including our spring fundraising events.  We need your generous support now to move forward.

Please join us in building hope by donating today. Eli’s Place will nurture hope, promoting recovery and resilience through the acquisition of life and work skills.  Our vision is to go from mental illness to hopeful futures.

Thanks to you and our visionary matching donors Arnie and Penny Cader and Jane and Bobby Kofman, we will open the doors to Eli’s Place – Where Recovery Grows.

We appreciate your kind support of our matching gift appeal and wish you and your family well during this challenging time! Please stay safe and healthy.

Sincerely,

Carol Cowan-Levine
Eli’s Place, Board Chair
